Contractual Framework for an Automotive Investment Project
Development and negotiation of a comprehensive set of transactions required to finance and implement a project for the large-scale assembly of vehicles under Russian and international law, including:
Solution
- international sale and supply agreements for goods required for production, incorporating Incoterms;
- a license agreement granting rights to use trademarks, industrial designs and other intellectual property, including its state registration with Rospatent;
- freight forwarding agreements;
- service agreements; and other related agreements.
The key agreements were prepared primarily in English or in bilingual Russian-English versions. The negotiations were conducted with foreign counterparties in bilateral and multilateral formats, with all communications carried out in English.
