Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter – the Personal Data Law), the User, by entering their data in the dedicated field on the website (hereinafter – the Site) and subsequently clicking the "Submit Request" button, and by ticking the consent box for the processing of personal data, as a personal data subject, freely, of their own will and in their own interest, grants consent to Krupina Victoria Valerievna (Individual Taxpayer’s Number 253600251305), registered at the address: Primorsky Krai, Vladivostok, Arsenyeva St., 2A (hereinafter – the Operator) for the processing of their personal data with and without the use of automation tools, on the terms set out in this consent.

1. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of reviewing the User’s request, receiving feedback from the Operator regarding the subject of the request, obtaining legal services, discussing potential cooperation, and informing about the status of the User’s request.
2. List of personal data for the processing of which the User grants consent:

   • e-mail address;
   • phone number;
   • preferred method of communication;
   • other data provided in the text of the request.
3. The User is aware of the right to receive information concerning the processing of their personal data, and confirms that they have read the provisions of the Personal Data Law and the Privacy Policy posted on the Operator's Site.
4. During the processing of personal data, the following actions may be performed with them: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

The consent may be withdrawn by the User by providing the Operator with a written request sent to the e-mail address: info@krupinaconsult.ru, which must contain the following information about the requesting person: surname, first name and patronymic, description of the subject of the request (full or partial withdrawal of consent; a demand to cease the transfer of personal data with an indication of their list), the date of the request and the signature of the requesting person.
6. This consent is valid from the date of its provision and for 1 (one) year from the date of giving the consent, or until the moment the User withdraws the consent to the processing of personal data.
